A five-year randomized control trial of a home visitation program integrated into primary care recently ended, and another trial of intensive case management and mental health intervention based on motivational interviewing is underway.
The Generations staff have presented and written about this cutting-edge program at national meetings and in national publications. Study results have been published in such journals as Adolescence (2001) and Contemporary Pediatrics (2006), and presented in workshops at national meetings.
