Children’s National Heart Institute has a dedicated concierge team to support families - from near and far - while at the hospital. The concierge helps families coordinate visits, make flight, hotel and dinner reservations, provide access to business support services, and much more. Additionally, the Concierge oversees our waiting rooms and ensures they are comfortable for all families. The Concierge can arrange for tours of the facility and can provide you with a locker to secure your valuables during your stay.
